Board Changes
Futura Medical plc (AIM: FUM), the pharmaceutical group that develops innovative products for the consumer healthcare market, is pleased to announce the appointment as a Non-Executive Director of Lisa Arnold, who has extensive experience of the investment and healthcare sectors.
Lisa, age 45, worked in the investment banking industry from 1984 to 2001, holding senior positions in healthcare at Commerzbank and UBS. Since 2001, Lisa has worked in non-executive and consultancy roles predominantly in the pensions, healthcare and technology sectors.
Lisa is currently a Non-Executive Director of the UK's Medicines & Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), where she chairs the Risk and Audit Committee, and an adviser to the Allied Domecq Pension Funds and the Kraft UK Pension Fund (Trustees).
On Lisa's appointment, Andrew Slater retires as a Non-Executive Director.
