Director's Share Transfer
Futura Medical plc (AIM: FUM), the pharmaceutical group that develops innovative products for consumer healthcare, announces the following transfer of ordinary shares in the Company by Anthony Clayden, Finance Director. There is no change in Mr Clayden's total shareholding in the Company, or the beneficial ownership of Mr Clayden's shares, as a result of the transfer. On 9 January 2008, Mr Clayden authorised the transfer of 240,305 of his ordinary shares in the Company into his Hargreaves Lansdown Vantage Fund and Share account.
